• Liability and Warranty: Services are provided as-is; Obrive disclaims warranties and limits liability to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Welcome to Obrive Industries. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our immersive technology platforms and services—including AR, VR, MR, XR, spatial computing, and 3D design tools.

By accessing or using Obrive’s services, you agree to abide by these Terms, along with any updates we post. If you don’t agree, please do not use our services.

• Permitted Use: You may access and use our services subject to these Terms, enabling the creation, deployment, preview, and collaboration of immersive applications.

• User Accounts: You must register and maintain an account. Keep login credentials secret and secure. Account activity is your responsibility.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software or APIs.
• Violate intellectual property rights of Obrive or third parties.
• Misuse the service for unlawful or harmful purposes.
• Disrupt, overload, or tamper with the infrastructure.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other services or user data.

We retain all rights, titles, and interest in our services, technology, software, and pre-built assets. You retain ownership of content—you upload, create, or design—within Obrive platforms. However, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this content as needed for service delivery.

Obrive reserves the right to remove or refuse content that violates these Terms or applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts for repeated violations.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You violate these Terms.
• We suspect fraudulent or unauthorized use.

  You may also terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your access ends, and your content may be deleted after a retention period (subject to backup policies).

Our services are provided “as is.” We make no explicit or implied warranties regarding:

• Compatibility or uptime.
• Accuracy of content or performance.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Obrive is not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
• Loss of data, profits, or business.

  Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws where Obrive is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction’s courts.
